Co-founder coaching is ideal if you are looking for help to get unstuck and agree on how you'll move forwards

All my sessions are online and start from £120.  We can have a blend of group sessions and one-to-one time too.  We can work together hour by hour, which means you don't need to commit to any number of sessions.  I work long term and short term depending on what you require.

The main aim of coaching is to facilitate a conversation between people that finds a meaningful way forwards while still maintaining relationships, respect and care between you.

  • Roles, authority and decision rights

It can be very draining when nobody’s quite sure who decides what or whose job is what.  I offer the space for each person to share how they want and needs things to be different. With me as a neutral person alongside you, we can map who does what and agree a clear, fair way of working.

  • Strategy and direction

Discovering you may want different futures for the business can be frightening.  Coaching gives you a space to share hopes and worries honestly, explore options you may not have considered, and find a direction you could both commit to.

  • Commitment, workload and expectations

Together we will find ways that every person can agree on realistic workloads and contributions, so effort feels fair, visible and appreciated.   Coaching gives you both room to be figure out what is best for you moving forwards.

  • Money, pay and equity

Talking about money is awkward for most people. My job is to make talking about money possible so we can explore what fairness means to each of you and reach agreements you trust and feel is fair.

  • Communication and trust

In coaching we won't dig into the past, instead we will untangle understandings and find new ways of talking so you find what happens next.

  • Impacts on the team and business

You may worry about your staff, family, your customers and other parts of what you’ve built. We will carefully consider impacts on others.

If you're curious about whether this might be right for you, the best place to start is a confidential enquiry. We'll then have a considered conversation to explore whether we are a good fit.
