Coaching for teenagers is ideal if you are looking for help to do your best in your studies and to prepare for your future

Suitable for people aged 14 and above.

All my sessions are online and start from £90.  We can work together hour by hour, which means you don't need to commit to any number of sessions.  I work long term and short term depending on what you require.

  • Overcome emotional hurdles

Teenagers and students can carry worries that quietly get in the way of their learning. In a calm, supportive space, your teenager will feel heard, learn to understand what’s holding them back, and develop practical ways to move past self-doubt and setbacks.

  • Manage stress and pressures

School, exams and expectations can weigh heavily on young shoulders. Academic coaching means together we’ll explore simple, effective strategies for managing pressure, so your teenager learns to stay steady, keep perspective and approach their studies feeling more settled and in control.

  • Confidence

Confidence grows through small, genuine successes. With patient encouragement and honest, kind feedback, your teenager will begin to recognise their strengths, trust their own abilities, and face challenges with a quiet belief in themselves.

  • Time management

Juggling homework, revision and a life outside school isn’t easy. I’ll help your teenager build a realistic routine that works for them, so time feels like an ally rather than a worry, and there’s space for rest too.

  • Priority management

When everything feels urgent, it’s hard to know where to begin. We’ll teach your teenager to sort what matters most, break big tasks into manageable steps, and focus their energy where it counts, with less overwhelm along the way.

  • Accountability and encouragement

Regular check-ins give your teenager someone in their corner.  My main aim is to give them genuine encouragement and accountability, they’ll stay on track, celebrate progress and feel supported, while you gain reassurance that they’re moving steadily forward.

If you're curious about whether this might be right for you, the best place to start is a confidential enquiry. We'll then have a considered conversation to explore whether we are a good fit.
